Ticket reply time or something..

I don't really know where to go with this but to send in more ticket requests, which is useless I guess.

8 days ago I sent in a 1-1 inquiry on which I still don't have a reply to!! I lost items from the IM that I used like a medal and something else, so I wish to get those in return. I am sure it will happen but I don't know in what way.

As yesterday, with the random downtime I also lost IM items again - and a shadow necklace +G7 which I traded on my 2 accounts - on which I sent in a 1-1 inquiry. I don't have a reply on that as it was 1 day ago so I guess that's acceptable. But still, I am wondering how they would fix this. I suggested to "roll back" my account(s) a few days before the accident because I haven't been online before that anyway..

But yea, I don't know what to do now - should I just continue playing and wait to return my items? Or will they put my account(s) back in original state from about 1 week ago, so I just any further progress I would make. So I really can't play now, as it might be all useless.. And on the other hand, I want to level my raider but I need the necklace that I don't have.

And just in general I think waiting 8 days for a reply on a ticket is RE DI CU LOUS, even IF there needs some investigation to be done - they should at least give a notice on that so I or the player in question doesn't sit and wait all the time to FINALY have his stuff back that he deserves.
