Surveys & Offers and some clarifications

Since we added the Survey and offers to earn free points yesterday there has been a number of questions from all the game communities about it. I'm hoping I can explain how it works, and how to avoid problems here, and get feedback and other questions so we can make a thorough FAQ entry regarding it.? First thing is, this is not a scam.? It may not be perfect but you do get the points when the requirements are met.? Some may be better value to you due to the time to complete and what not, but they are all working.

The surveys and questions are NOT made by us, nor do we have control over your being credited or not.? It is a separate company that is offering to pay for players points if they fill out the surveys, or take on the offers.
The surveys and offers are available to countries that fit the questionnaire.? Honestly more surveys are offered in North America and Britain than other places.? This is due to the companies clients wanting to ask questions of persons from those areas.
Offers tend to be more widespread, mostly due to why would a company say we don't want money from people.
Surveys are questions, tend to be lower point values but are free.? They will likely ask specific information about you so they know what target market answers the way you did.? There are measures in place on their end that tries to detect if you are lying.? My advice is be honest but use a new email address you want to use for this only.
Offers tend to cost money.? They are great if you were considering doing that offer anyway, a good example is netflix if you were going to get a netflix account, may as well do it through this to get some free points.
Problems that come up:

Make sure you have popups enabled BEFORE you get to the survey page.? Granted you should get a screen that tells you to disable them if you have it blocked, but just to be sure.? Doing a survey with with it disabled will likely make it so you get 0 points as the tracker doesn't know you filled it out.
Some surveys have requirements like female or age or something.? We are seeing if we can make it more apparent before you do the survey that it has a pre-requisite so you don't waste your time.?
If you finish the survey click on the "point help" you will see 2 tabs, 1 is answers another is all your current offers and what their status is.?
Some things will be pending, which means the points will come later.

To Access the survey you have to fill out the Profile (and get 500 points for it), it will ask detailed info about you that it will continually reference back to while you are completing surveys and offers.
