ROSE Patch Launcher v2.0.14.0

Attention Rosarians,

A new Patch Launcher has been updated. The same link applies as given above so that all previous links used will now be distributing the latest launcher.
This new Launcher will need to be installed manually. Please download the ROSE Online Launcher from the link provided.
Extract the LauncherInstaller.msi from the zip file and run it from any location. Please make sure that you install this new Launcher to the location your ROSE Online Evolution is installed.

The launcher, version v2.0.14.0 has had the following worked upon or addressed:
- Corrects an issue where the launcher would either hang or not initialize on x64 bit systems.
- Corrects additional issues where the launcher would freeze during check file process.
- An error notice has been added when the Launcher is unable to locate a required file(s) to play ROSE in the installation folder.
- A number of general stability improvements.
- The ROSE Launcher will now download and install any additional future updated ROSE Launchers released.

If you have properly installed the new Launcher and connected to the patch server, you will see that the version will update itself to v2.0.15.0 to verify that you have the most up to date patch client installed.


A known issue:
If your client hangs at a %, the file it is attempting to check may be corrupted or may have been installed with restrictions. (If a file is downloaded under some admin settings, some restricted users may not be given full access to the file, causing the client to crash or hang.)
