For me, it is MUCH better for the refine system in this patch than the last one. We just have to keep in mind that GM needs to make some money for their living.
I personally tested several refines before I sleep last night after the patch (Midnight in HONG KONG for the maintenance) The refine is for more better than before.
The new degrade rates make the venarunes a more preferred item than before, at least, my items will not fall back to (0) when an attempt from (3) to (4) was failed.
Guys, do not only focus on what they are not doing good enough, they did something nice enough to make the gameplay better too.
