The following is a breakdown of what is being worked on and coming out of the development pipelines. Stuff you will see soon!

Halloween
    * Will launch on the October 20th and end on November 3rd.
    * Updating some of last year's Halloween event monsters to drop special event items
    * A number of new "Outfits" themed for Halloween
    * Towns will be littered with gravestones...

Next Planet: Orlo
    * No information being leaked just yet about Orlo, but it will be released in 3 segments. This will help get the content out sooner while we work on the next installment of the storyline and the world. We are working hard to get the first segment out by December. You can expect to hear more by November about Orlo and the storyline.

System Changes
    * Experience Rates (Both Monsters and Quests)
    * Quests
      We are in the middle of reviewing all of the ROSE quest contents to see where we have gaps in storylines and content as our goal is to have enough quest content that you don't have to just click on monsters all day to level.
    * No EXP Gain Item Mall Item
    * No EXP Loss Item Mall Item
    * PvP Damage Review

Christmas & Winter Events to end 2009 and help bring in 2010.

The following are the projects we talked about in the last Developers Notes. We had to change some of the focus due to the Hosting Center move and the need for a new Patch Client sadly. What we have here now is the stuff we will be focusing on in the last quarter of 2009 and going into 2010.

    * Oblivion Temple Development (Released)
    * Summer Event (Released)
    * Evaluation and change of Experience Rates for all monsters (80% Done)
    * Addressing Clan War issues and possible change to system mechanics (In progress)
    * Extending the Hero Quest (Planning)
    * Addressing Party System Bugs (In progress)
    * Adjusting Overkill experience calculation (In progress)
    * Adjusting damage calculations for PvP and PvM (In progress)
    * Addressing crating system issues and possible changes to the system


New Planet/Maps

    * Development of content, maps, and art direction (In progress)
