I couldn't imagine how my phone bill and how will my parents act after they see the fees on my phone bill now, and don't want to think about it, it's going to be dreadful.

I don't know the rules that you mentioned above either, those english too hard for me to read...couldn't make sense out of it.

Here is how they tricked me into charging my phone bills:

I picked the IQ test and only consist of 3 IQ questions, and I finished it. Of course you will be curious to know the result afterwards and then you will be asked to give your cell phone and they will send you the PIN number and by entering that PIN number that they send you, you will be able to see the IQ test result and by entering the PIN number, you have to also check the box "I agree the Terms and Condition" of course nobody would like to read a bible-like long passage for just knowing the answer of 3 IQ question, then I checked the box right away, and that is where I also confirmed the monthly subscription payment of 9.99USD charges, and I believe in order to get the free item mall points you have to do the above that I mentioned, at the beginning I enter a random phone number and realized you need to receive the PIN number and you enter that PIN number to proceed, so I have no choice but to use my real cell phone number.
